Ingredients:


Leftover turkey meat (shredded)

Cooked rice

Garlic

Onions

Mixed Veggies like peas, carrots and corn

Soy Sauce

Sesame Oil

Eggs

Spring Onions

Salt

Pepper



Instructions:


  • Heat some oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. 
  • Add the mixed veggies and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the shredded turkey meat and cooked rice.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Push the rice to one side of the pan, crack a few eggs into the other, and scramble them. 
  • Once cooked, mix everything and season with salt and pepper.
